He is a single point of contact for the client. Similarly, we always request and motivate customers to also have a 'single point of contact' in every company we serve, and depute their ‘coordinator’ so that there are no any communication gaps.

Customers we serve can communicate 24x7 with MULTIVISION through CRR who is designated for each project.
